Available Positions:

Conveyancing Paralegal

Innes Johnston is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal for their busy offices.  The ideal candidate will already have experience working in this area and handling their caseload. The role will be based in Fife and involve working as part of a team, alongside a number of friendly and experienced colleagues. The successful applicant will have experience in dealing with residential purchases, sales and remortgages.

The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.

The role will be based in either Leven, Glenrothes or Kirkcaldy

Hours of work will ideally be Monday-Friday from 9 am until 5 pm but we are happy to discuss this in more detail. We can be flexible around working hours/arrangements and would consider applicants looking to work Part-time/reduced hours.

Qualifications
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong organisational and time management abilities
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Prior experience in this area
